Med Cooking Lab
For the 2019 edition, the Med Cooking Congress team put on a series of training appointments, aimed at involving fourth-year students, selected by school administrators and their teachers. The courses, coordinated by journalist Michele Armano, professor of Gambero Rosso’s Cooking Schools, and professor Carmine Tormolino, were held from January to March 2019. The courses had Focus: olive, wheat and tomato. The technicians who took part were: Carlo D’Amato of I Sapori di Corbara, Oscar Leonessa of the Pastificio Leonessa Craft, Vittoria Brancaccio of the Agriturismo Le Tore in Massa Lubrense, Laura Dal Sacco, Oil Taster of the Oleum Association, Patrizia Sprigno, university researcher of the Federico II, Carlo Di Cristo, university researcher of the University of Sannio.
After the final test, five students had access to the scholarship with a trip to Greece, to Santorini, to learn more about Greek fishing techniques and Greek food culture.

After the visit to the company, the exams were held at the floriculture company VILLA MODESTINA in Pagani.
